We will ship your order within two days of receiving it.  If you send your payment by mail, we will
send your purchase after your check clears.  This could take about ten days.

All U.S. shipping is done with USPS First Class (5-7 days delivery) or Priority Mail, (2-3 days
delivery).  Shipping is included in your purchase price.

Shipping Prices for USPS EXPRESS Mail for overnight delivery: $16.00.
**We must receive your order before USPS closes for the day for it to be shipped the same day as
your order.**

International Orders-  If you are ordering outside of the U.S., you must send us an email with your
order (, or telephone.  Your payment must be made through PayPal
or by international money order.  After your payment is received, we will ship your purchase within
two business days.

We hope that you will enjoy your jewelry, but realize that pictures on the Internet are not a good
substitute for seeing the item "in person".   If you decide you don't like the piece, you may return it
within 7 days of receiving it, for an exchange or full refund, as long as you return it in its original,
undamaged condition.  You will need to make sure it arrives safely to The Little Purple Bead
Company LLC in order to receive your refund, so package it securely and insure it if you wish.
If it is not returned in undamaged condition we cannot guarantee a refund.

If we agree on a custom order, and special materials are required for purchase first, we will require a
50% deposit, with the remaining 50% due at the time of shipping.  
If you have found something on this site that you would like to order, but you want a size changed,
please email us with your request before making the purchase, especially if you require a larger size,
so we can make sure we have enough matching materials to enlarge it.
